Nvidia's GeForce Now cloud gaming service is in its expansion to support every platform after one year of its official launch. The service became available for Chrome on Windows and Mac, and on Thursday the company announced the app will work on Apple Macs that use the new M1 CPU via the Rosetta 2 emulator. Nvidia's service, which lets you play PC games you own on almost any platform, is the first to offer support for the M1. Using the emulator is a mid step, however it is to be verified if there is any performance issue.

It is always have a better experience playing via the app than within a browser. However, Nvidia has clarified that only Windows and macOS systems are officially supported with the browser for now so you can't attempt to play it on your phones. But theoretically, it means that anyone with a Chrome browser can now simply go to GeForce Now's website and start playing some really high-end games without much troubles.
Currently, the service is available in select regions. Like other game streaming services, the platform uses its GeForce graphics cards to power gaming on personal computers, android phones and Shield TVs.
