Nvidia Geforce Rtx 3080ti Will Feature 12gb Of Gddr6x Vram And 10,240 Cuda Cores

12GB Of GDDR6x VRAM And 10,240 CUDA Cores. Having 320-bit Memory Interface Will Allow For 730gb/s Of Memory Bandwidth

New leaks has emerged that suggests that NVIDIA is most likely to launch the RTX 3080 Ti in April as per the prolific tipster @kopite7kimi who has been relatively spot-on about several Nvidia releases in the past. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is now speculated to come with 12GB of GDDR6X VRAM and 10,240 CUDA cores. Its 320-bit memory interface will allow for 730Gb/s of memory bandwidth, identical to that of the GeForce RTX 3080.

Previously it was speculated that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will come with 20GB VRAM, however, now it seems the GPU will feature 12GB GDDR6X memory with a 384-bit memory bus architecture.

NVIDIA RTX 3080Ti

The GPU is supposed to feature 10240 CUDA cores, which means that the RTX 3080 Ti could offer 80 Streaming Multiprocessors, 12 more than the RTX 3080 while 2 fewer than the flagship RTX 3090.

The number of CUDA cores still stands at 10,240, same as the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090. Other parameters such as memory bandwidth, bus width and clock speed are expected to be closer to the GeForce RX 3080's values. 12GB of VRAM is the ideal sweet spot for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.  Moreover, GDDR6X memory modules are somewhat rare and hence 8GB fewer VRAM will help OEMs manufacture more GeForce RTX 3080 Ti units.
